Terms & Conditions​

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all design services provided by Vanta Veil Graphics (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to you (“client,” “you,” or “your”). By placing an order, submitting payment, or approving a project with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Services Provided

Vanta Veil Graphics specializes in creating custom, original, and entirely digital graphic design work. This includes, but is not limited to: flyers, posters, postcards, business cards, booklets, pamphlets, branding, logos, apparel designs, social media content, advertisements, banners, signage, and other digital assets.

  • No physical products are produced or shipped unless explicitly stated in writing.

  • All designs are created specifically for the client’s project requirements and will not be resold to others once completed and delivered.

2. Payment Terms

  • All projects require full payment upfront before any design work begins.

  • Payments are accepted via the secure payment methods listed on our website.

  • Work will not commence until payment is confirmed.

  • Prices are as quoted at the time of order and may be updated periodically without notice for future projects.

 

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard turnaround time is within 10 business days from the date full payment is received.

  • Larger or more complex projects may require additional time, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to starting the work.

  • All completed designs will be delivered digitally via email, file-sharing service, or another agreed-upon method.

  • While we make every effort to meet deadlines, delays caused by late feedback, incomplete information, or requested changes outside the project scope may result in extended delivery times.

 

4. Revisions Policy

  • Every project includes up to 10 revisions at no extra cost.

  • A “revision” is defined as a reasonable change or adjustment to an existing design draft — not an entirely new design concept.

  • We work closely with you to ensure the final design meets your expectations within the revision limit.

  • If more than 10 revisions are requested, each additional revision will incur a $25 fee, payable before the revision is completed.

  • Excessive revision requests that significantly alter the original project scope may require a separate agreement or additional charges.

 

5. Refund & Return Policy

  • Due to the custom and digital nature of our work, all sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for completed, in-progress, or delivered projects.

  • By commissioning a project, you agree and understand that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the design, change of mind, or project cancellation after work has begun.

  • We encourage open communication during the design process to ensure you are fully satisfied before project completion.

 

6. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • Upon receipt of full payment, you receive full and exclusive ownership rights to the final, approved design.

  • You may use, reproduce, modify, print, or publish the design in any way you choose for personal, commercial, or promotional purposes.

  • We will not resell, license, or reuse your final design for any other project or client.

  • We retain a limited, non-exclusive right to display the final design solely for the purposes of showcasing our work in our online portfolio, website, and promotional materials.

  • If you prefer that your design not be displayed in our portfolio, you must notify us in writing before project completion.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and timely design process, you agree to:

  • Provide all necessary project details, files, brand guidelines, images, and content in a timely manner.

  • Respond promptly to emails, proofs, and revision requests.

  • Ensure you have the legal right to use any text, images, or materials you provide for the project.

  • Understand that delays in providing requested materials or approvals may delay the delivery timeline.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Vanta Veil Graphics is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims that arise from the use of your completed design, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruptions, or reputational harm.

  • We make no guarantees regarding the commercial performance or results of using the design.

  • The client assumes all responsibility for final proofing of designs before public use.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to binding arbitration in the state of California.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on our website, with the effective date updated accordingly. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By commissioning a project with Vanta Veil Graphics, you acknowledge that

you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
